There's much to see here. So, take your time and have a read through our blogs, watch our videos and have a listen to our podcasts. Within our blog you will find all sorts of information, from tips and advice, to shared lived experience. Lived experience means that somebody has lived through and gained knowledge in a particular area, so for example somebody has suffered with depression, and has experienced recovery. Lived experience is important to share as it can create awareness around mental health and help to reduce stigma. We also include conversations with members of our team, so you can understand more about what we do. We welcome volunteers, so if you would like to share your thoughts and feature in our blog, please feel free to get in touch.
To take part in our blog, please email bay-project@york.ac.uk and request a blog participation form.
